Value Windows and Doors Duarte Inc., a windows and doors manufacturing company located in 1720 Flower Ave., Duarte, CA 91010, is hiring a Production Manager to oversee its manufacturing plant with over 60 workers operating our newly installed production lines.
Job Description:
- Plan and determine working schedules and shifts for the manufacturing plant according to business needs.
- Arrange purchasing of supplies and outbound transportation of products.
- Group workers into different manufacturing teams and shifts according to the production process and workers’ skills.
- Organize engineers and technicians to develop new materials and designs for our windows and doors products.
- Assign engineers to develop test and control systems to track the product quality.
- Manage and schedule the maintenance, modification, and reparation of the company’s automated production lines and other manufacturing equipment.
- Plan, review, test, and optimize the manufacturing process in compliance with the industrial standards.
- Direct and conduct worksite safety training.
Appraise employee performance and make personnel decisions on recruiting, training, promotion, and salary changes. - Conduct financial control, analyze expenses data to ensure the operation within budget.
Minimum Requirements::
- At least two years of experience in manufacturing plant management
- Strong corporate management skills, including operation management, and financial management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
