Value Windows & Doors, Inc. a leading Windows & Doors manufacturer in the Southern California area is hiring RETAIL (Bilingual English/Korean or Chinese/English) Inside Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives:
REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Work on new sales leads from Residential Markets.
- Ability to provide professional customer service to new and existing customers.
- Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders for production.
- Assist walk-in customers in our showroom to promote company products and brands.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Able to determine when to transfer potential sales leads to upper management for further development (i.e. Architects, Builders).
- Other responsibilities as need arises
Qualifications:
- Prior Retail Sales experience required.
- Excellent verbal, listening, presentation and written communications skills;
- Work collaboratively as well as independently;
- Windows & Doors industry experience and knowledge is a plus but not a requirement;
- Positive, persistent, confident, passionate and enthusiastic about helping people;
- Able to work on Saturdays (during peak season).
- Bilingual in English/Korean or English/Chinese is required
